2013-2014 Registration Form
Acceptance of the registration form and the non-refundable deposit of $85 (per family) will reserve a spot for your child into one of the Little Learners Preschool programs. If for some reason the center determines that it can not accept your child’s enrollment, the check will be returned to you.
The State of Colorado requires that our licensed center obtain and maintain accurate records of all children attending our programs including: completed health and medical vaccination records, emergency contacts, permission to treat and field trip forms. If a parent fails to return the packet in a timely manner, the staff has the option to refuse the child entrance to the program.
LLP accepts all children in good health between the ages of 3 years (or will be 3 by October) to 6 years of age after all registration materials are reviewed and accepted by the director of the program. Applicants are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, regardless of creed, race, color or ethnic origin. Vacancies are filled whenever they occur. A waiting list will be established if needed.

3 Year Old Morning $105 per month

Junior Kindergarten ½ Day Class $ 215 per month ______Monday, Wed, Fri 8:30 am to 12:00
